Colección: Piedra

Mexico is a country of extraordinary geological richness, and William Spratling drew on that richness throughout his career. The stones he chose were never decorative afterthoughts — they were selected for the way their color, texture, and cultural resonance deepened the meaning of the silver that held them. That curatorial approach defines the Stone collection today.

The collection brings together all Spratling Silver pieces in which natural stones play a central role. Deep purple amethyst, found in abundance in the Mexican highlands, creates a regal contrast with the warm matte of .950 sterling silver. Black onyx offers a graphic, high-contrast alternative. Malachite's vivid green and abalone's iridescent surface complete the palette, each stone chosen for its particular relationship with silver.

Pieces in this collection span earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and brooches — united by the presence of stone and by the belief that the most beautiful jewelry is made from what the earth provides. Every piece is handcrafted to order in Taxco and arrives with a certificate of authenticity.
